For 7 years ABT has been organizing the ABT Festival every year. We were allowed to organize the 2022 and 2023 edition.
All employees and their families were invited. The theme; Middle Ages! There was a jester, a troubadour and a magician. Everyone could bake sandwiches over the campfire, paint shields, pet ponies at the mini petting zoo, practice archery and of course enjoy all kinds of delicacies from different food trucks.
For this event, we did the entire production. From concept to execution. Through several conversations with the customer, we got a picture of the wishes in terms of catering, program and further interpretation of the event. In addition, the ABT festival has a theme every year, so we also included this in developing the concept.
The festival is held every year in ABT's office garden in Velp. Within a day, we turned the garden into an event venue. We fenced off the grounds so that visitors really felt like they were at a festival and not at work. There were also several tents on the grounds, a bar, stage, bouncy castle, several stalls for activities, five food trucks and toilet facilities.
We took care of the beverage catering ourselves. In addition to the standard sodas and normal lager, people could enjoy fine wines and tasty specialty beers selected by us. The bar was run by our own forces.
After the last visitor left the festival grounds at 9 p.m., we immediately began dismantling. On Monday morning the office area was handed over empty and clean.
