Rijkswaterstaat organized an internal e-learning session guided by infrastructure expert Geert Kloppenburg. The venue chosen was the Van De Valk hotel Utrecht. The program was broadcast in teams, because interaction with the participants was very important. We were allowed to build the studio on location and provide the livestream.
Because we have most of our equipment built into two mobile crates, we are flexible and can set up and take down quickly. That came in handy for this production, because we could start building up at 07:00 and the broadcast was from 09:00 to 10:30. At 12:00 the room in the hotel had to be delivered empty again. Thanks to this plug & play livestream set, we finished both set-up and take-down in plenty of time.
