The Productioneers started in 2019 as a collaboration between brothers Sam and Noah in the field of event production, but quickly took a new direction during the COVID-19 pandemic.
When the world went into lockdown in 2020, we built our first livestream studio. While the rest of the events industry waited, we made a complete pivot. In that first year of the pandemic, we produced more than 150 broadcasts, ranging from internal e-learning sessions for large corporations to international climate conferences. Every day brought a new format, a new challenge, a new lesson. In one year, we learned what others take a decade to build.
What we discovered during that period: technology is just a prerequisite; what really makes the difference is the content and the direction. A good broadcast doesn’t start with the cameras, but with the question of what you want to say, to whom, and which format is best suited for that. That insight is the foundation of everything we do today.
From our permanent office and studio in Haarlem, we work with organizations that regularly have something to say and want to ensure their message gets across. Schiphol, ProRail, the Dutch government, and GGD Kennemerland: clients who come back to us time and again because they know what to expect.
We produce content both in our own studio and on location, throughout the Netherlands and sometimes beyond. From a weekly webinar series for a scale-up to an annual all-staff broadcast for a thousand employees. From a podcast that shares internal knowledge to a hybrid conference featuring speakers across three continents.
Every production is different. What remains the same: concept, content, direction, and technical production are always handled in-house.
We’re not a large agency with a permanent staff of thirty people. We’re a lean core team, supplemented by a network of broadcast specialists whom we bring in on a per-project basis.
Camera operators with a background in television. Show hosts who have directed major live productions. Sound engineers who know their craft inside out. They aren’t freelancers in the traditional sense; they are trusted partners who have often been working with us for years and know exactly how we operate.

Content comes before technology. A flawless broadcast with a weak story is still a weak broadcast. We always start with the content: what do you want to say, to whom, and why? Only once that’s clear do we build the technology around it.
Live broadcasting is a skill in its own right. You can reshoot a recording, but you can’t redo a live broadcast. It requires preparation, experience, and a crew that knows how to handle unexpected situations—because they always happen.

Our webinar studio is located in Haarlem, within walking distance of the train station, and offers free parking. It is fully equipped for professional broadcasts, with its own control room, customizable layout, and all the technical equipment you need.
But Haarlem is a base of operations, not a limit. We manufacture throughout the Netherlands, and often far beyond.
