Skip to contentThe Productioneers is a full-service broadcast agency. We produce professional broadcasts for companies and organizations—including webinars, talk shows, livestreams, and podcasts. From concept to broadcast, we always have the right people in the right place.
We are The Productioneers, a broadcast agency based in Haarlem. We produce broadcasts for companies and organizations that have something to say and want to make sure their message gets across. From a weekly webinar series to an all-staff talk show for a thousand employees: we ensure that it looks professional, runs smoothly, and can be reused.
What sets us apart: we handle concept, content, direction, and production all under one roof. You don’t need a separate content agency or separate production staff. We work with you to shape your message and ensure your broadcast is rock-solid.
We are a small, dedicated team with a large network of specialists. For each production, we assemble the right crew—no fixed overhead, but always the best people for the job.

Everyone uses the term “full-service.” For us, it has a specific meaning:
Concept We’ll work with you to determine which format is right for you—whether it’s a talk show, a webinar, or a panel discussion—and help you structure it in a way that keeps your audience engaged.
Contents: Who speaks when? How do you keep the audience engaged? We can assist with scripts, speaker briefings, and the editorial structure of the program.
Production During the broadcast, there is one person who oversees everything. This person switches between cameras, keeps the pace in check, and steps in when necessary. Without production, there is no broadcast.
Technical Support: Video, audio, lighting, streaming, connectivity. We always have at least two technicians on hand, even for a simple webinar. Because there are no second chances when you’re live.
Step 1 – Initial Consultation We start by listening. What do you want to achieve, for whom, and how often? Based on that, we provide honest advice on the format, approach, and budget.
Step 2 – Concept & Preparation We draw up the script, handle the technical preparations, and brief the speakers. Everything will be taken care of before you arrive.
Step 3 – Production Our team takes care of everything on the day of the event. You can focus on the content and engaging with your audience.
Step 4 – After the broadcast You will receive the recording. We’ll advise you on how to repurpose it: clips for social media, highlights, and an on-demand version. One production, multiple content opportunities.
We are not a large agency with full-time staff whose services are billed to you. We are a small, experienced core team with a large network of specialists.
We assemble the right crew for each production. An experienced director for a major talk show, a sharp technician with extensive experience, a cameraman with a television background for settings that require it. You pay for what you need, and you always get the best people for the job.
This allows us to be flexible, fast, and competitively priced without compromising on quality.
We use technologies (a.k.a. cookies) to optimize your experience on our site. Do you give us permission? Then we can keep everything running smoothly, like our events and livestreams. No permission? Then some features may falter a bit - and we don't like that!
